Hey Berty Group Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. General Information
   • HeyBerty Group Gift Vouchers are issued by Hey Berty Group and can be redeemed at any of the following participating venues:
     • Ruby Ray’s
     • Kuch Kuch
     • Shakinah
   • Vouchers are available for purchase exclusively through the official group website heyberty.com/product/hey-berty-gift-card.
2. Voucher Type & Delivery
   • All vouchers are issued digitally and delivered via email to the recipient.
   • Each voucher contains a unique redemption code, which must be presented at the venue to validate use.
3. Redemption & Usage
   • Vouchers may be redeemed in full or in part at any participating outlet.
   • The remaining balance (if any) can be used at the same or another participating venue on a separate occasion, until the voucher value is fully used or expired.
   • Reservations are required prior to use.
   • Vouchers can be used toward food and beverage items only.
   • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, or used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
4. Validity & Expiry
   • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
   • Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and remaining balances cannot be extended or refunded.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
   • Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
6. Partial Redemptions
   • Where a voucher is used for part payment, any remaining balance will stay valid until the expiry date.
   • The venue will not provide cash or card refunds for unused balances.
7. Transferability
   • Vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to others. However, the bearer of the voucher code is deemed the rightful holder.
   • HeyBerty Group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of voucher codes.
8. Technical Issues
   • In case of any technical issues with voucher delivery or redemption, please contact [email protected] with proof of purchase.
9. Modification of Terms
   • HeyBerty Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   • The terms in effect at the time of voucher purchase will apply to that transaction.
